摘  要:在金矿浮选过程中,矿浆液位高度和泡沫层厚度是一个关键的技术参数,对金矿的出金率有很大影响。针对浮选槽中泡沫层厚度难以测量的问题,设计了一种基于阻抗测量的金矿浮选槽液位高度及泡沫层厚度测量系统。该系统使用32个电极测量31组阻抗数据,根据浮选槽矿浆与泡沫导电性能不同的特点,通过阻抗分析仪判断各电极所处位置并计算得出液位高度和泡沫层厚度。经实验验证,该系统可直接测量出液位高度和泡沫层厚度且效果理想,为金矿浮选中液位的实时控制提供了基础。In the process of gold flotation,the height of pulp level and the thickness of foam layer are key technical parameters,which have a great impact on the gold yield.Aiming at the problem that the thickness of foam layer in flotation cell is difficult to measure,a measurement system for the liquid level height and foam thickness of gold flotation cell based on impedance measurement is designed.The system uses 32 electrodes to measure 31 groups of impedance data.According to the different conductivity characteristics of flotation cell pulp and foam,the position of each electrode is judged by impedance analyzer,and then the liquid level height and foam layer thickness are calculated.Experimental verification show that the proposed system can directly measure the liquid level height and the thickness of foam layer and the effect is ideal,which provides a basis for the real-time control of liquid level in gold flotation.
