摘  要:针对传统可调器件无法工作于太赫兹频段的问题,本文利用石墨烯电导率可控性质,设计了一种基于石墨烯的太赫兹频率调谐天线。对4组石墨烯贴片采用两种偏置电压调控方式均实现了天线在太赫兹频段下的频率调谐功能。开关调控方式下,频率调谐跨度为1.17 THz;微调控方式下,频率调谐范围为2.60~3.67 THz。仿真结果显示,两种调控方式的天线反射系数均小于-15 dB,-10 dB带宽均大于10%,辐射性能优良,说明石墨烯在太赫兹和新材料领域的天线设计中有巨大应用潜力。Aiming at the problem that traditional tunable devices cannot operate in the terahertz band,a graphene-based terahertz frequency tuning antenna is designed by taking advantage of the controllable conductivity of graphene.Two bias voltage regulation methods are used for four groups of graphene patch to achieve the frequency tuning function of the antenna in the terahertz band,the frequency tuning span is 1.17 THz under the switching control mode and the frequency tuning range is 2.60~3.67 THz under the micro-regulation mode.The simulation results show that the antenna reflection coefficient of the two regulatory methods is less than-15 dB,and the-10 dB bandwidth is greater than 10%,and the radiation performance is excellent,indicating that graphene has great application potential in antenna design of terahertz and new material fields.
