摘 要:为了验证并行传输标架还原光纤传感器形状的可行性和准确性,设计了基于单模光纤的形状传感器,提出了利用有限元分析方法进行形状传感器建模和分布式应变信息的提取,对比分析了并行传输标架和弗莱纳标架在形状传感器不同弯曲形状和不同应变采样点数下的还原精度。结果表明:并行传输标架进行传感器形状还原时,不仅很好地还原了传感器的形状,而且弥补了在奇点位置前后弗莱纳标架方向发生突变,造成还原结果出现较大误差的不足。并行传输标架的远端位置误差低于光纤总长度的0.003 42%,相较弗莱纳标架,降低了10倍。In order to verify the feasibility and accuracy of parallel transmission frame to restore the shape of the optical fiber sensor,the shape sensor based on single-mode optical fiber is designed,the modeling of the shape sensor and the extraction of distributed strain information by using finite element analysis method are proposed,and the restoration precision of parallel transmission frame and Frenet-Serret frame under different bending shapes and different strain sampling points of the shape sensor are compared and analyzed.The results show that when the shape of the sensor is restored by parallel transmission frame,not only the shape of sensor is well restored,which makes up for the sudden change in the direction of Frenet-Serret frame before and after the singularity position,causing a large error in the restoration result.The top position error of parallel transmission frame is less than 0.0035%of the total length of fiber,which is 10 times lower than that of Frenet-Serret frame.
