摘 要:目的 综述结直肠癌患者重返工作岗位的概念、评价方式、影响因素。方法 以Arksey和O'Malley提出的范围综述方法学为框架,检索Pubmed、Web of Science、Cochrance Library、Embase、Scopus、CINAHL、中国知网、万方、维普和中国生物医学文献数据库中相关研究。对建库至2023年4月30日的中英文文献进行筛选,对纳入文献进行汇总分析。结果 共纳入10篇文献,结果显示不同研究者对重返工作岗位的概念界定不同、评价方式存在差异。影响结直肠癌患者重返工作岗位的因素包括社会人口学因素、疾病与治疗相关因素、躯体与心理相关因素、工作相关因素、其他5个方面。结论 结直肠癌患者重返工作岗位的概念及评价指标尚未统一,患者在重返工作岗位过程中受诸多因素影响,但目前缺少针对性的干预方案。未来研究应根据我国文化背景准确界定重返工作岗位的概念,积极构建精准得干预方案,并明确其效果。Objective To review the concept,evaluation methods,and influencing factors of return-to-work in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods The scoping review methodology proposed by Arksey and O'Malley was used as a framework to search relevant studies in Pubmed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,Embase,Scopus,CINAHL,China Knowledge Network,Wanfang,VIP,and Chinese Biomedical Literature Databases.The literature in English and Chinese from the establishment of the database to April 30,2023 was screened,and the included literature was analyzed in a summary manner.Results A total of 10 papers were included,and the results showed that the concept of return-to-work was defined differently and evaluated differently by different researchers.The influence factors of return-to-work of colorectal cancer patients included socio-demographic factors,disease-and treatment-related factors,physical and psychological-related factors,work-related factors,and other five aspects.Conclusion The concept and evaluation index of return-to-work for colorectal cancer patients have not been unified,and patients are affected by many factors in the process of return-to-work,but there is a lack of targeted intervention programs.Future research should accurately define the concept of return-to-work according to our cultural context,actively construct precise intervention programs,and clarify their effects.
