摘 要:对3种复式钢管混凝土柱-钢梁半穿心节点试件(腹板半穿心节点试件AJ1、腹板-翼缘半穿心试件AJ2和腹板-横隔板半穿心节点试件AJ3)进行了拉拔试验,探讨了节点的破坏形态和拉拔性能。结果表明试件AJ2、AJ3的承载力比试件AJ1分别提高了14.2%和13%,表明内外钢管间设置横向水平半穿心构件有利于改善节点抗拉传力机制并可明显提高其抗拉承载力。为进一步研究半穿心构件对节点拉拔性能的影响,进行了纯钢梁翼缘节点试件AJ1-R、AJ2-R、AJ3-R的拉拔试验。结果表明,3种半穿心节点试件AJ1、AJ2、AJ3的极限荷载较纯翼缘节点试件AJ1-R、AJ2-R、AJ3-R分别提高了60.1%、22.7%、73.8%,初始刚度提高约2倍;半穿心腹板为主要传力构件,保证了节点具有较强的承载能力和抗拉刚度;半穿心翼缘能直接传递梁柱之间拉力,而半穿心横隔板有利于发挥斜向腋板传递拉力的作用,达到与半穿心翼缘相当的承载能力,且能较好地保证核心区混凝土的密实性和节点变形性能。The pull-out tests were carried out on three kinds of half-penetration joint specimens between concrete-filled double steel tube column and steel beam,including the half-penetration web joint specimen AJ1,half-penetration web-flange joint specimen AJ2,and half-penetration web-diaphragm joint specimen AJ3,and the damage patterns and pull-out properties of the joints were explored.The results show that the bearing capacity of specimen AJ2 and specimen AJ3 is enhanced by 14.2%and 13%than that of specimen AJ1 respectively,which indicates that the transverse anchored component between the inner steel tube and outer steel tube is beneficial to improve the transfer mechanism of tensile force in the joint and significantly increase the tensile strength.In order to further investigate the effect of half-penetrated members on the anti-drawing performance of joint,the pull-out tests of pure steel beam flange joint specimens AJ1-R,AJ2-R,and AJ3-R were conducted.The results show that the ultimate load of the three half-penetrated joint specimens AJ1,AJ2,AJ3 are respectively increased by 60.1%,22.7%,73.8%compared to the pure flange joint specimens AJ1-R,AJ2-R,AJ3-R,and the initial stiffness is increased by about two times.The half-penetrated web is the main force transmitting member,which ensures that the joint has strong load-bearing capacity and tensile rigidity.The half-penetrated flange can directly transfer tension between beams and columns,while half-penetrated diaphragm is conducive to play the role of diagonal axial plate to transfer tension,to achieve comparable load-bearing capacity with the half-penetrated flange,and can better ensure that the concrete densification of the core area and deformation performance of the joint.
