摘 要:由于我国的《钢结构设计标准》(GB 50017—2017)对受扭构件的具体设计与计算方法没有详细介绍。为了对构件扭转的受力情况有更准确的把握及更合理的设计,详细介绍了美国钢结构标准ANSI/AISC 360-16的H3.1节受扭杆件设计方法,对该标准中的扭转强度设计值Tc的计算公式进行剖析,推导并验证了扭转强度设计值Tc所对应的构件的应力分布与应力比;探究了翼缘与腹板的宽厚比、截面高宽比对构件的扭转强度设计值Tc的影响;提出了扭转强度设计值Tc计算公式适用的截面尺寸范围建议。结果表明,在纯扭状态下构件截面厚度一致时,可以充分发挥材料性能,设计较为经济,为实际工程中钢结构受扭构件的设计与计算提供理论参照。Standard for design of steel structures(GB 50017—2017)in China does not provide detailed introduction to the specific design and calculation methods for torsion members.In order to have a more accurate grasp and more reasonable design of the force situation of the torsional members,the design method of torsional rods in section H3.1 of the American steel structure standard ANSI/AISC 360-16 were introduced in detail,and the formula for calculating the design value of torsional strength design value Tc in this standard was analyzed,and the stress distribution and stress ratio of the members corresponding to the torsion strength design value Tc in the standard was derived and verified.The influence of the width-thickness ratio of the flange and web,and the height-width ratio of the cross-section on the torsion strength design value Tc of the members was explored.The recommended range of cross-section sizes for the calculation formula of the torsion strength design value Tc was proposed.The result show that when the cross-section thickness of the members is consistent under pure torsion state,the material performance can be fully utilized and the design is more economical,which provides theoretical reference for the design and calculation of steel structure torsional members in practical engineering.
