摘　　要：介绍了一种关口电能计量装置远程校验监测系统,由现场监测设备、通信前置机、主站系统三部分组成。通过现场布置标准电能表及相关监测设备,可以实时或按计划采集关口电能表的脉冲、电压、电流等信号,从而实现对关口电能表及计量互感器二次回路状态监测。主站系统通过远程采集和数据处理,可构建误差测试、接线检查、谐波分析、状态评估、异常告警等功能,实现电能计量装置远程检验和运行状态监测。电能计量装置远程校验监测系统已完成开发,并在110 kV桃园变电站工程中进行示范应用,实现了站内关口电能表及计量互感器二次回路的在线监测,进一步增强了计量检定周期到达前的电能表状态监测管理。This paper introduces a remote calibration and monitoring system for gateway electric energy metering devices,comprising three components:the main station system,remote monitoring equipment for electric energy metering devices,and communication channels.By arranging standard energy meters and associated monitoring equipment on-site,real-time or scheduled collection of pulse,voltage,current,and other signals from gateway energy meters can be achieved,enabling monitoring of the status of energy meters and secondary circuits.Through remote acquisition and data processing,the main station system can construct functions such as error testing,wiring inspection,harmonic analysis,status evaluation,abnormal alarm,etc.,thereby realizing remote inspection and operational status monitoring of electric energy metering devices.The introduced remote calibration system for electric energy metering devices has been developed and demonstrated in the 110 kV Taoyuan substation project.It has successfully accomplished online monitoring of the station's gate meters and transformer secondary circuits,thereby enhancing the monitoring and management of the state of electric energy meters before the measurement verification cycle arrives.
