摘  要:高压断路器、GIS设备多采用SF_(6)气体作为灭弧绝缘介质,而SF_(6)泄漏对人身安全、环境保护造成危害。针对一起典型的500 kV断路器SF_(6)泄漏故障,运用特定检测方法、经验公式推断SF_(6)泄漏故障点、故障程度,结合断路器解体检查,判断故障原因为盆式绝缘子密封设计不合理、安装工艺粗糙、断路器机构侧在分合闸时振动较大,并采取合理应对措施成功消除故障,为以后的产品设计、安装工艺及类似故障处理提供经验指导。High-voltage circuit breakers and GIS equipment mostly use sulfur hexafluoride gas as arc extinguishing insulating medium.SF_(6) leakage causes harm to personal safety and environment.For a 500 kV circuit breaker SF_(6) leakage fault,specific detection methods and empirical formulas were used to infer the SF_(6) leakage fault point and fault extent.Combined with the circuit breaker disassembly inspection,it was judged that the fault was caused by the unreasonable design of the basin insulator seal,the rough installation process,and the large vibration of the circuit breaker mechanism side when the switch is opened and closed.Reasonable countermeasures were taken to successfully eliminate the fault.This article provides empirical guidance for future product design,installation processes and similar troubleshooting.
