网络小说版权价值评估指标体系构建探究

摘　　要：网络小说历经20余年的发展,现已成为我国版权产业的重要组成部分之一。随着网络技术的不断发展,网络小说产业规模不断扩大,一些优秀网络小说的版权成为多方争抢的热门。网络小说版权价值评估指标体系的构建对网络小说的内容创新以及版权保护与可持续发展具有重要意义。首先,对国内外已有文献中关于网络小说版权价值评估指标体系的研究进行梳理和评价;其次,分析网络小说版权价值内容及其影响因素,并从读者付费价值、经济衍生价值、社会价值以及外在环境价值4个维度构建评估指标体系;最后,根据指标体系的效度系数和稳定性系数对评估指标进行检验,论证网络小说版权价值评估指标体系的有效性和稳定性。With the development of network technology,online novels have become one of the most important components of China’s copyright industry over the past twenty years.As the industry continues to expand,the copyright of some excellent online novels has become a hotly contested topic.The construction of a value assessment index system for online novel copyrights is of great significance for promoting content innovation and protecting the sustainable development of copyrights.This paper first analyzes the importance of constructing a value assessment index system for online novel copyrights based on existing literatures at home and abroad.It then analyzes the content and influencing factors of the value of online novel copyrights,and constructs an evaluation index system from the three micro aspects of reader payment value,economic derivative value,and social value,as well as four macro influencing factors.Finally,the validity and stability of the evaluation index are examined based on the validity and stability coefficient of the index system,demonstrating the effectiveness and stability of the value assessment index system for online novel copyrights.
