摘　　要：近年来,随着我国经济的快速发展,原油的需求量越来越大,已成为社会生产与生活中不可或缺的重要能源。无论是在周边城市还是沿海港口,都已经建立起了很多油库。而油库储存的大多都是易燃、易爆、易挥发的油品,在生产、运输、储存过程中,容易引发火灾或爆炸事故,不仅会给企业带来经济损失,严重时甚至还会造成人员伤亡。因此,本文采用事故后果模拟分析法对A油库项目进行定量风险评价,积极排查隐患,杜绝事故发生,对于A油库项目乃至我国整个用库项目管理工作而言都有着较强的指导意义。In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,the demand for crude oil is increasing and increasing,and it,has become an indispensable important energy in social production and life.Many oil depots have been built both in surrounding cities and coastal ports.Most of the oil depots are flammable,explosive and volatile oil products.In the process of production,transportation and storage,it is easy to cause fire or explosion accidents,which will not only bring economic losses to enterprises,but also cause casualties in serious cases.Therefore,the simulation analysis of the consequences of oil production accidents conducts quantitative risk evaluation of A oil depot project,actively investigates hidden dangers and prevents accidents,which has a strong guiding significance for A oil depot project and even the whole oil depot project management in China.
