摘  要:在进行系杆拱施工时,钢管拱部灌注混凝土往往是一个比较关键的施工工序,混凝土的性能及施工过程的连续性控制至关重要。本文结合石港城际站前五标SHCG-5标段李天木跨捷地碱河特大桥跨捷地碱河1-128m简支系杆拱施工为实例,阐述了系杆拱混凝土的配制、施工流程以及顶升泵送,通过顺利实施保证了拱肋混凝土的实体质量,总结了相关经验和好的做法,提出了注意事项,可为同类项目施工提供借鉴。In the construction of tied arch,steel pipe arch pouring concrete is often a key construction process,and the performance of concrete and construction process of continuous control is very important.Taking the construction of 1-128m simple-supported tied arch of litianmu super large bridge over Jiadi Alkali River in SHCG-5 bid section of Shigang intercity station as an example,this paper expounds the preparation,construction flow and jack-up pumping of tied-arch concrete,and guarantees the solid quality of arch rib concrete through the smooth implementation,sums up the relevant experience and good practices,and puts forward some matters for attention,which can provide reference for similar project construction.
