摘 要:百吨级乏燃料运输容器托架是对百吨级乏燃料运输容器进行厂外运输、厂内转运、水平提升和翻转操作的重要辅助设备。本文首先分析托架在容器运输及操作过程中应实现的功能,根据功能及接口要求对托架进行结构设计,并选取托架材料。其次选取设计准则,并根据设计准则对托架主要承载部件进行力学分析,以验证托架结构设计及材料选取的合理性,能够保证运输及操作容器的安全性。最后设计试验方案,进一步确保托架结构设计能够满足功能要求和安全要求。The bracket for a hundred ton level spent fuel transportation container is an important auxiliary equipment for off-site transportation,in-plant transportation,horizontal lifting,and flipping operations of a hundred ton level spent fuel transportation container.This article first analyzes the functions that the bracket should achieve during container transportation and operation,designs the structure of the bracket according to functional and interface requirements,and selects the bracket material.Secondly,select design criteria and conduct mechanical analysis on the main load-bearing components of the bracket according to the design criteria to verify the rationality of the bracket structure design and material selection,which can ensure the safety of transportation and container operation.Finally,design an experimental plan to further ensure that the bracket structure design can meet functional and safety requirements.
