摘 要:本文通过对拱圈支架的优化设计,开展拱圈混凝土现浇工艺的研究,降低拱圈支架的经济投入、提高拱圈浇筑过程的安全保障及施工质量,从而实现降低施工成本、提高施工效率。基础处理采用钢筋混凝土条形基础(或桩基础),基础上部采用φ609×13mm钢管墩,钢管墩上部架设横向I40a工字钢分配梁再纵向架设贝雷梁,贝雷梁上部搭设盘扣脚手架。为降低拱圈支架承重,提高拱圈混凝土施工质量,拱圈浇筑采用分环连续对称浇筑。为同类施工提供了借鉴参考价值。This article conducts research on the in-situ pouring process of arch ring concrete by optimizing the design of arch ring supports,reducing the economic investment of arch ring supports,improving the safety guarantee and construction quality of the arch ring pouring process,thereby achieving the reduction of construction costs and providing construction efficiency.The foundation treatment adopts reinforced concrete strip foundation(or pile foundation),and the upper part of the foundation adopts 609×13mm steel pipe piers.The upper part of the steel pipe piers is equipped with horizontal I40a I-shaped steel distribution beams and then longitudinal Bailey beams.The upper part of the Bailey beams is equipped with buckle scaffolding.In order to reduce the load-bearing capacity of the arch support and improve the construction quality of the arch concrete,the arch pouring is carried out in a continuous and symmetrical manner using segmented rings.This article provides reference value for similar construction.
