摘 要:钢混组合梁结构是充分利用钢梁与混凝土的组合性能的优势,提升了桥梁结构安全、经济、美观等综合性能。以具体的钢混组合梁结构设计项目为例,桥面板为混凝土桥面,桥面板底设置2根槽型钢箱梁,通过剪力钉连接桥面板与槽型钢箱梁,横向是通过内横撑和箱间横梁连接,主要是从结构总体设计、结构的验算和施工工艺方法三个方面对钢-混凝土组合梁结构进行设计分析研究,结果表明该组合梁结构合理、安全可靠;进一步利用大型桥梁专用软件Midas/Civil建立钢-混凝土组合梁结构的有限元空间梁格模型并进行分析,理论计算结果表明,钢混组合梁桥力学性能满足规范设计要求;钢箱梁在制造加工、运输、吊装等过程中整体稳定性和刚度均满足要求。Considering the advantages of fully utilizing the combined performance of steel beams and concrete,the comprehensive performance of bridge structures,including safety,economy,and aesthetics,has been improved.This article takes a specific steel-concrete composite beam structure design project as an example.The bridge deck is a concrete bridge deck,and two channel shaped steel box beams are set at the bottom of the bridge deck.The bridge deck is connected to the channel shaped steel box beam through shear nails,and the horizontal is connected through internal transverse braces and box beam.Through analyzing and studying the steel-concrete composite beam structure from three aspects:overall structural design,structural verification,and construction technology,it is concluded that the composite beam structure is reasonable,safe,and reliable.At the same time,Midas/Civil finite element software was used to establish a beam grid model of the steel concrete composite beam structure.The calculation results showed that the composite beam bridge met the design requirements of the specifications.The overall stability and stiffness of the steel box girder meet the requirements during manufacturing,transportation,lifting,and other processes.
