摘  要:随着高速公路施工技术的快速发展,路面工程机械化施工程度越来越高,路面施工要求时间紧迫,工序衔接度高,大规模、标准化作业,施工质量需一次达标。本文以山西省右平高速公路路基路面第四合同段路面工程施工为依托,根据实际施工环境和条件,总结了施工机械设备配置及主要工序做法,尤其对水泥剂量和最佳含水量等特殊参数进行了研究说明,总结形成了适用于右平高速公路的水泥稳定碎石底基层施工技术,可为类似工程施工提供借鉴与指导。With the rapid development of highway construction technology,the degree of mechanized construction of pavement engineering is becoming higher and higher.Pavement construction requires urgent time,high degree of process connection,large-scale and standardized operations,and construction quality needs to meet the standard at once.This article is based on the construction of the fourth contract section of the roadbed and pavement of the Youping Expressway in Shanxi Province.Based on the actual construction environment and conditions,the configuration of construction machinery and equipment,as well as the main process methods,are summarized.In particular,special parameters such as cement dosage and optimal moisture content are studied and explained,and a cement stabilized crushed stone subbase construction technology suitable for the Youping Expressway is summarized,which can provide reference and guidance for similar engineering construction.
