摘 要:传统烟气余热回收技术水平较低,换热效率不高,能级匹配也不够合理,导致回收热量低,为此本文进行火力发电厂燃煤发电机组烟气余热回收利用技术研究。首先对烟气余热资源特性参数进行测定,以了解其特性和潜力。其次,确定余热资源的能级,选择合适的回收技术和设备。接下来,安装烟气余热回收装置。最后,通过烟气余热转换热量利用,将烟气中的余热转换为其他形式的能量。实验结果表明:利用火力发电厂燃煤发电机组烟气余热回收利用技术回收热量回收利用热量为19MW,应用价值较高。Traditional flue gas waste heat recovery technology has a low level,low heat exchange efficiency,and unreasonable energy level matching,resulting in low heat recovery.Therefore,this article conducts research on flue gas waste heat recovery and utilization technology for coal-fired power generation units in thermal power plants.Firstly,measure the characteristic parameters of flue gas waste heat resources to understand their characteristics and potential.Secondly,determine the energy level of waste heat resources and select appropriate recovery technologies and equipment.Next,install the flue gas waste heat recovery device.Finally,by converting waste heat from flue gas into heat,the waste heat in the flue gas can be converted into other forms of energy.The experimental results show that the utilization of flue gas waste heat recovery and utilization technology in coal-fired power plants can recover heat by 19MW,which has high application value.
