摘  要:塑件出现不良缺陷对产品存在很大的影响,不少模具因为设计不合理出现不良缺陷,实际生产一段时间后就会出现各种问题。塑件出现不良缺陷不仅会影响塑件的外观、而且对塑件强度等方面也有很大的影响,所以,如何对不良塑件模具进行改良始终都是一直无法避免的问题,如何对塑件的不良缺陷进行设计改造以及对塑件不良缺陷制定塑件改良方案是模具行业中都需要面对和解决的问题。主要针对汽车后感应器塑件在注射生产中存在不良缺陷,对塑件不良缺陷进行改良并制定塑件改良方案。The occurrence of defects in plastic parts has a significant impact on the product.Many molds have defects due to unreasonable design,which can lead to various problems after a period of actual production.The appearance of defective plastic parts not only affects their appearance,but also has a significant impact on product strength and other aspects.Therefore,how to improve defective plastic parts molds has always been an unavoidable problem.How to design and transform defective plastic parts and develop plastic parts improvement plans for defective plastic parts are issues that need to be faced and solved in the mold industry.This article mainly focuses on the defects of automotive rear sensor plastic parts in injection molding production,and proposes an improvement plan for plastic parts.
