化工机械润滑故障原因与控制方法的研究

摘　　要：化工机械在生产过程中扮演着重要角色,然而,由于长时间的运行和高温高压的工作环境,化工机械经常面临着润滑故障的问题,通过合理的控制方法,可预防和解决这些问题,这不仅可以提高机械设备的稳定性和可靠性,还可以降低生产成本,提高生产效率。从化工机械设备润滑的重要作用出发,对化工机械润滑故障的原因以及控制方法进行研究,以期能为相关人员提供借鉴。The chemical machinery plays an important role in the production process.However,due to the long time operation and high temperature and high pressure working environment,chemical machinery is often faced with the problem of lubrication failure,through reasonable control methods,can prevent and solve these problems,which can not only improve the stability and reliability of mechanical equipment,but also can reduce the production cost,improve the production efficiency.Therefore,it is of great significance to study and control the lubrication failure of chemical machinery.Therefore,this paper will start from the important role of lubrication of chemical machinery and equipment,and study the causes and control methods of lubrication failure of chemical machinery,in order to provide reference for relevant personnel.
