摘  要:为了降低某筒形铸件的热处理变形量,采用了端框不变+添加抗变形工装、端框加厚+不添加工装、端框加厚+添加抗变形工装3种不同的方案进行比较,发现端框加厚+不添加工装这种方案下该铸件椭圆度和轴线偏移变化在1mm,能够满足后续的要求。In order to reduce the heat treatment deformation of a cylindrical casting,three differ⁃ent schemes were used to compare three different schemes:end frame unchanged+anti-deformation tooling,end frame thickening+no tooling,and end frame thickening+adding anti-deformation tool⁃ing,and it was found that the ovality and axis offset of the casting changed at 1mm under the scheme of end frame thickening+no tooling,which could meet the subsequent requirements.
