化工系统管道机械支架的整体结构分析

摘　　要：在当今社会的快速发展过程中,化工行业与人们的衣食住行有着极为密切的联系,而在化工生产过程中,石油化工管道关系着化工生产原材料的运输。为了确保化工管道的安全运行,则需要对管道机械支架进行设计分析,基于此,就化工系统管道机械支架的整体结构进行分析,并针对机械管道支架的设计计算和抗震构造进行计算分析,以此设计出满足化工行业所学的管道,从而推动化工行业的快速发展。In the rapid development process of today′s society,the chemical industry is closely related to people′s clothing,food,housing,and transportation.In the chemical production process,petrochemical pipelines are related to the transportation of raw materials for chemical production.To ensure the safe operation of chemical pipelines,it is necessary to design and analyze the me⁃chanical supports of the pipelines.Based on this,this article analyzes the overall structure of me⁃chanical supports for chemical system pipelines,and conducts calculation and analysis on the de⁃sign calculation and seismic construction of mechanical pipeline supports,in order to design pipe⁃lines that meet the requirements of the chemical industry and promote the rapid development of the chemical industry.
