摘  要:研究汽轮机发电机组轴承垫块调整及刮研工艺的改进方法。通过对传统工艺的分析,提出了一种基于先进技术的轴承垫块调整方案,通过数值模拟和实验验证,证明了该方案在提高轴承工作效率、降低能耗和延长轴承寿命方面的显著优势。研究成果为汽轮机发电机组的维护与管理提供了可靠的技术支持,为提高发电机组的整体性能和可靠性提供了新的理论与实践指导。Study the improvement methods for adjusting and scraping the bearing pads of steam turbine generator sets.Through the analysis of traditional processes,a bearing pad adjustment scheme based on advanced technology is proposed.Through numerical simulation and experimen⁃tal verification,it has been proven that this scheme has significant advantages in improving bear⁃ing work efficiency,reducing energy consumption,and extending bearing life.The research results provide reliable technical support for the maintenance and management of steam turbine generator sets,and provide new theoretical and practical guidance for improving the overall performance and reliability of generator sets.
