摘 要:近年来,一些企业的高炉依然存在安全隐患,严重限制高炉高效生产。系统分析了高炉设计、铁口以下区域炭砖种类选择、炉缸冷却制度、施工质量管理、日常维护与操作技术等高炉长寿影响因素,论述了炉缸压浆护炉、含钛炉料护炉和在炭砖热面形成永久性保护层的延长高炉寿命技术,以期为实现高炉高效长寿提供参考和借鉴。In recent years,some blast furnaces(BFs)in some enterprises still have had potential safety problems,which severely restrict the high-efficient production of BFs.In order to provide reference for realizing high efficiency and long campaign life of BFs,these factors of influencing the campaign life of BFs such as design of BFs,selection of carbon bricks in the area below taphole,hearth-cooling system,construction quality management,daily maintenance and operation technologies for BFs were systematically analyzed.And then the technology of prolonging the campaign life of BFs such as protection of BFs by mud jacking at furnace hearth,or by titanium-containing burden and forming permanent protective layers on the hot surface of carbon bricks were discussed.
