摘  要:根据SPA-H钢成分特点,通过理论分析认为,该钢种具有快速脱碳的条件。采取优化供氧流量和压力,降低平均枪位,改善造渣制度,优化底吹系统等措施后,该钢种冶炼时间平均降低0.6 min,提高了转炉作业效率。It was concluded that there was suitable conditions for the SPA-H steel to be rapidly decarbonized according to its chemical characteristics based on the theoretical analysis.And therefore,after taking such measures as optimizing the oxygen flow and oxygen pressure,reducing the average height of lance positions,improving the slagging system and optimizing the bottom blowing system,the average smelting time for the SPA-H steel was shortened by 0.6 min and the operation efficiency of a converter was improved.
