浅析质控图在辅助生殖技术临床数据质控中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨质量控制图在辅助生殖技术(ART)临床数据质控中的应用及临床意义。方法以本中心2017年1月至2018年12月新鲜周期与冻融周期的临床数据进行质控为例,将各月份的临床数据从辅助生殖工作流程管理系统导出,进行汇总归纳,然后运用IBM SPSS19.0对原始数据进行分析,作出各个分析指标的质量控制图,并对结果进行解读。结果从各个分析指标的质量控制图,可以直观形象反映出本中心临床数据从2017年1月至2018年12月各月份的变化趋势,并对产生趋势的潜在原因进行分析探讨,从而对可能的保护因素进行强化,对可能的危险因素进行消除,进一步改善ART的临床结局,更好地服务患者。结论对辅助生殖过程采用全面质量管理(TQM),采用标准化的质量管理工具,对人员、设备、材料、环境和制度进行标准控制,是提高人类辅助生殖技术水平及促进技术发展的重要措施。通过实行质量、风险、流程的管理,达到质量的控制、保证和最终改善,实现最优化的治疗结局。Objective To explore the application and clinical significance of quality control charts in the quality control of clinical data in assisted reproductive technology(ART).Methods Taking the clinical data of the fresh and freeze-thaw cycles in our center from January 2017 to December 2018 as an example for quality control,the clinical data for each month was exported from the assisted reproductive workflow management system,summarized and generalized,and then the original data were analyzed by using IBM SPSS19.0 to make quality control charts for each analytical index,and the results were interpreted.Results The quality control charts of each analytical indicator can visually and graphically reflect the trends the trends of our center's clinical data in each month from January 2017 to December 2018,and analyze and explore the potential causes of the trend,so as to strengthen possible protective factors,eliminate possible risk factors,further improve the clinical outcomes of ART,and to better serve patients.Conclusions The adoption of Total Quality Management(TQM)for the assisted reproductive processes,using standardized quality management tools,and standard control of personnel,equipment,materials,environment and systems is an important measure to improve the level of assisted human reproductive technology and to promote technological development.Through the implementation of quality,risk,process management,quality control,assurance and ultimate improvement are achieved,and optimal treatment outcomes are realized.
