摘　　要：近年来互联网及其他媒体行业盛行,“理想化”的外生殖器图片不断出现在大众视野中,部分女性开始质疑自己的外生殖器是否正常,这也导致越来越多的女性开始寻求外生殖器整形手术,虽然有些手术是为了改善女性外生殖器功能,但大多数手术是在没有改善功能指征的情况下进行的,且外生殖器整形手术存在显著风险,包括性快感降低、感觉丧失、疼痛、感染、出血、瘢痕形成和伤口裂开等。因此,需充分了解女性外生殖器基线数据、女性对外生殖器的认知以及寻求外生殖器整形手术的动机,达到正确引导女性对外生殖器的认知、规范外科手术、防止出现严重并发症的目的。本文将对女性外生殖器认知及基线测量进行综述。With the popularity of the Internet and other media industries in recent years,"idealized"images of external genitalia continue to appear in the public eye,and some women began to question the normalcy of their external genitalia which has led to an increasing number of women seeking female genital cosmetic surgery,Although some surgeries are performed to improve the function of the female external genitalia,most are performed without an indication to improved function.Moreover,there are significant risks associated with external genital reconstructive surgery,including reduced sexual pleasure,loss of sensation,pain,infection,haemorrhage,scar formation and wound dehiscence Therefore,baseline data on female external genitalia,women's perceptions of external genitalia,and motivations for seeking external genital plastic surgery need to be well understood in order to correctly guide women's perceptions of female external genitalia,standardize surgical procedures,and prevent serious complications.This paper summarizes the research development of the female external genitalia perception and baseline measurements.
