摘  要:全球能源消耗日益增大,氢能作为一种高效的清洁型能源,越来越受到社会重视,然而一旦发生氢气泄漏,极易引起爆炸。本研究基于可调谐二极管激光吸收光谱技术(Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy,TDLAS),建立了氢气波长调制的仿真模型,研究不同调制系数下各次谐波幅值的变化情况,并推算出二次谐波比一次谐波、四次谐波比二次谐波中心幅值比的公式。结果表明:当调制系数分别取2.2和4.1时,二次谐波和四次谐波中心频率幅值分别获得最大值;二次谐波比一次谐波的方法能够消除光强的影响,从而实现对光功率的自校准;四次谐波比二次谐波的方法仅与调制系数有关,与浓度、温度都无关。通过分析比值函数,使调制系数接近各次谐波最佳调制系数值,让谐波信号信噪比最佳,提高检测准确度。Global energy consumption is increasing.The society has begun to pay more and more attention to hydrogen energy as a type of clean and efficient energy.However,in the event of hydrogen leakage,it is highly likely to cause explosions.This study is based on Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy(TDLAS)technology and establishes a simulation model for hydrogen wavelength modulation.The changes in the amplitude of each harmonic under different modulation coefficients are studied,and formulas for the ratio of the second harmonic to the first harmonic and the ratio of the fourth harmonic to the center amplitude of the second harmonic are derived.The results show that when the modulation coefficients respectively are 2.2 and 4.1,the center frequency amplitudes of the second and fourth harmonics reach their maximum values.The second harmonic method can eliminate the influence of light intensity and achieve self calibration of optical power compared to the first harmonic method;The method of fourth harmonic to second harmonic is only related to the modulation coefficient and is independent of concentration and temperature.By analyzing the ratio function,the modulation coefficient is relatively close to the value of each harmonic’s ideal modulation coefficient,resulting in the best signal-to-noise ratio of the harmonic signal and improving detection accuracy.This provides certain reference value for improving hydrogen laser detection methods.
