摘 要:为实现风力发电机组在无人值守情况下的安全运行,研究采用国产主控制器芯片设计了面向风电机械自动化控制系统的PLC主控器,并进行了应用效果分析。结果表明,中央处理器冗余切换时间最长为37.6 ms,最短为4 ms;系统的响应时间最长为8 ms,最短为5 ms。综上所述,PLC主控器能够在无人值守的环境下实现对风电机组各子系统高效可靠的控制;PLC主控器的中央处理器冗余切换时间和系统响应时间均较短,具有较好的性能;在启动和停机的过程中,电机转矩的目标曲线与实际曲线的重合度始终较高,主控系统响应快速灵敏,证明了风力发电机主控系统的可行性和有效性。研究所提系统为风电机械的自动化管理提供了一定的技术支撑。In order to realize the safe operation of wind turbine under unattended condition,a PLC master controller for wind power machinery automation control system is designed using the domestic master controller chip,and the application effect is analyzed.The results show that the maximum redundancy switching time of CPU is 37.6ms and the shortest is 4ms.The maximum response time of the system is 8ms and the shortest is 5ms.In summary,the PLC master can realize the efficient and reliable control of each subsystem of the wind turbine in the unattended environment.The redundant switching time of the central processor and the system response time of the PLC master are shorter,and the PLC master has better performance.In the process of starting and stopping,the target curve of the motor torque is exactly the same as the actual curve,and the response of the main control system is fast and sensitive,which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the main control system of wind turbine.The research system provides some technical support for the automatic management of wind power machinery.
