摘 要:随着新型配电系统的快速发展,配电网与通信网络的相互依赖程度逐渐加深。在极端灾害发生后,一方面,配电网失电后的恢复控制需要依靠通信网络的有效支撑,灾后使用电动汽车与电网互动(V2G)恢复负荷电力供应的过程,同样离不开通信网络的引导作用;另一方面,通信网络的正常运行依靠配电网的电力供应。因此,为解决配电网灾害后电力网络与通信网络交互影响下的负荷恢复问题,提出了一种基于V2G和应急通信的配电网信息物理协同快速恢复方法:在灾害发生后,通过调配搭载无线通信基站的无人机前往通信故障区域构建应急通信网络,从而迅速恢复对区域线路开关的控制能力与对电动汽车的引导能力,进而引导电动汽车前往车辆并网站形成分布式电源并控制配电网拓扑重构,以恢复负荷的电力供应。该方法基于灾后无人机与电动汽车的调度约束以及配电网的运行约束,建立了配电网信息物理协同恢复模型,并通过配电网和交通网耦合算例验证了所提方法的有效性。With the rapid development of new distribution systems(DSs),the interdependence between distribution networks and communication networks is gradually deepening.After extreme disasters occur,on the one hand,the restoration control relies on the effective support of the communication network after black-out of the distribution network,and the process of using vehicle to grid(V2G)to restore load power supply after disasters cannot be separated from the guiding role of the communication networks.On the other hand,the normal operation of communication networks depends on the power supply of the distribution network.Therefore,to solve the problem of load restoration under the interaction between distribution network and communication network after a disaster occurs,a fast recovery method for distribution network through cyber-physical collaboration based on V2G and emergency communication is proposed.After disasters occur,an emergency communication network is established by deploying unmanned aerial vehicles equipped with wireless communication base stations to the communication-failure area to quickly restore the control of automated switches and guidance to electric vehicles(EVs).Then,EVs are guided to the V2G station to form the distributed generators and control the topology of DSs to restore power to the loads.The proposed method is based on the scheduling constraints of post-disaster unmanned aerial vehicles and EVs,as well as the operational constraints of DSs,in which a cyber-physical integrated DS restoration model is built,and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through a DS and transportation network integrated case.
