摘  要:针对齿轮测量中心与车间信息化系统的信息交互开发了齿轮测量中心信息化系统。信息化系统采用C/S模式设计系统的网络架构和软件架构,细化了测量参数、测量报告及实时状态交互格式标准,实现了齿轮测量中心与车间管理系统的通讯连接。齿轮测量中心获取DNC提供的测量参数,根据远程指令测量齿轮,并将测量结果上传至Q-DAS进行质量分析;同时齿轮测量机还可将设备实时状态上传至MDC,对设备状态进行实时监测。该系统已接入国内一家减速机制造企业的智能化产线,实现了齿轮测量数据的跨平台传输。The gear measuring center information system is developed for the information interaction between the gear measuring center and the workshop information system.In this information system,the C/S architecture is adopted,both the network architecture and software architecture are designed,the measurement parameters,measurement reports,and real-time status interaction format standards are refined,and the communication connection between the gear measuring center and the workshop management system is realized.The gear measuring center obtains the measurement parameters provided by the DNC.According to the remote commands,the gear is measured,and the measurement results are uploaded to Q-DAS for quality analysis after the measurement.Meanwhile,the real-time status of the equipment can also be uploaded to the MDC by the gear measurement machine for real-time monitoring of the equipment status.The system has been put into use in the intelligent production line of a domestic reducer manufacturer,realizing the cross-platform transmission of gear measurement data.
