摘  要:对收集到的陶瓷泥进行了比表面积、细度、流动度比等性能分析,并研究了陶瓷泥不同比例替代粉煤灰在C30、C40和C50三个不同标号混凝土中对其工作性能的影响。结果表明:在同等外加剂掺量下,陶瓷泥对C30混凝土的抗压强度有明显提高,替代80%粉煤灰时混凝土综合性能最优;其中,陶瓷泥的活性成分SiO_(2)和Al_(2)O_(3)有利于混凝土强度的增加,而CaO含量超标对混凝土强度增长有不利影响。在实际应用中,应优先选择比表面积相对较小、需水量比<100%、活性成分SiO_(2)和Al_(2)O_(3)高且CaO含量不超标的陶瓷泥。The specific surface area,fineness and fluidity ratio of the collected ceramic mud were analyzed,and the effects of different proportions of ceramic mud replacing fly ash in C30,C40 and C50 concrete on its working performance were studied.The results show that ceramic mud can significantly improve the compressive strength of C30 concrete under the same admixture content,and the comprehensive performance of concrete is the best when replacing 80%fly ash.Among them,the active components of SiO_(2)and Al_(2)O_(3)in ceramic mud are conducive to enhance the concrete’s strength,while that the CaO content exceeds the standard has an adverse effect on the increase of concrete strength.In practical applications,it is advisable to choose that ceramic mud:relatively small specific surface area,water requirement ratio in lesser than 100%,the higher of active components of SiO_(2)and Al_(2)O_(3),and the CaO that does not exceed the standard.
