摘 要:针对高层建筑剪力墙方案设计中的墙肢过长、结构布置不合理的问题,结合某高层住宅楼项目,分析剪力墙的设计方案及工程应用。剪力墙的合理布置影响建筑结构的刚度、强度和抗震性能,应遵循均衡、连续、整齐的原则布置剪力墙,尽量将剪力墙设计成T形、L形。在保证刚度和强度的前提下,对剪力墙布置方案进行优化,减少不必要的墙肢长度。有限元分析数据表明,经过优化后的剪力墙布置方案,最大顶点位移明显减小,层间位移角和层间位移也得到不同程度的降低,各层的剪力明显降低。In response to the problems of excessive wall limbs and unreasonable structural layout in the design of shear walls for high-rise buildings,this paper analyzes the design scheme and engineer‐ing application of shear walls in a certain high-rise residential building project.The reasonable ar‐rangement of shear walls affects the stiffness,strength,and seismic performance of building struc‐tures.Shear walls should be arranged in a balanced,continuous,and neat manner,and should be de‐signed as T-shaped or L-shaped as much as possible.On the premise of ensuring stiffness and strength,the layout plan of shear walls is optimized to reduce unnecessary wall limb lengths.The finite element analysis data shows that the optimized shear wall layout scheme significantly reduces the maximum ver‐tex displacement,reduces the interstory displacement angle and interstory displacement to varying de‐grees,and significantly reduces the shear forces of each layer.
