摘　　要：本项目通过核心筒外挑楼梯及屋面景观平台,存在扭转不规则、尺寸突变、竖向构件不连续等超限项,设计过程中合理地将钢筋混凝土核心筒、钢结构、型钢混凝土等多种形式融为一体,并介绍了核心筒外挑螺旋楼梯、大跨度悬挑、舒适度等设计难点以及所采用的构造加强措施。结果表明,通过合理地结构布置、详细的分析、合理地构造措施以保证结构设计的安全可靠。This project is a high-rise building,through the core tube outside the stairs and roof landscape platform,there are torsion irregularity,size mutation,vertical components discontinuous and other over-limit items.The design process reasonably will be reinforced concrete core tube,steel structure,steel concrete and other forms into one,and introduced the core tube outside the spiral staircase,large span cantilever,comfort and other design difficulties and the structure of the strengthening measures adopted.The results show that through reasonable structure layout,detailed analysis,reasonable structure measures to ensure the safety and reliability of the structural design.
