摘 要:由于电磁辐射导致电子技术领域的信息安全问题备受关注,寻找降低电子设备运行时伴随的辐射的方法,是亟待解决的技术问题之一,本文对真空沉积法制备的透明金属薄膜在电子元器件显示器屏幕上的电磁屏蔽效能进行了理论分析与试验验证,讨论了金属薄膜材质及单层与多层金属薄膜网状结构对电磁屏蔽效能的影响,通过实验数据分析可知,由具有高导磁率和低电阻率的金属制成的给定厚度的单层金属薄膜屏蔽层具有最大的磁场屏蔽效能,即电子结构元件屏蔽涂层的最佳选择是厚度为30-50μm的单层铝膜。The information security problem in the field of electronic technology has attracted much attention due to electromagnetic radiation.Finding a method to reduce the radiation accompanying the operation of electronic equipment is one of the technical problems to be solved urgently.In this paper,the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of transparent metal film prepared by vacuum deposition on the display screen of electronic components has been theoretically analyzed and experimentally verified,The influence of metal film material and single-layer and multi-layer metal film mesh structure on electromagnetic shielding effectiveness is discussed.Through the analysis of experimental data,it can be seen that the single-layer metal film shielding layer with a given thickness made of metal with high permeability and low resistivity has the maximum magnetic shielding effectiveness,that is,the best choice of shielding coating for electronic structural elements is 30-50μm thickness of single layer aluminum film.
