摘 要:基于三维分形接触理论,引入曲面接触系数,建立了考虑摩擦和微凸体相互作用的圆柱面切向接触阻尼分形模型,应用MATLAB对该模型进行仿真,结果表明:切向接触阻尼随着法向载荷、分形维数、切法载荷比、材料的特性参数和曲率半径的增大而增大,随着分形粗糙度参数和摩擦系数的增大而减小;两圆柱面内接触比外接触所形成的切向接触阻尼要大。另外,将所建模型与只考虑摩擦的情况进行对比,发现微凸体相互作用会增大切向接触阻尼。该研究为高副结合面动力学分析提供了一定的理论基础。Based on the three-dimensional fractal contact theory,a fractal model of tangential contact damping of cylindrical surfaces considering friction and asperity interaction was established by introducing the surface contact coefficient.The model is simulated by MATLAB and the simulation results show that the tangential damping increases with the increase of normal load,fractal dimension,ratio of tangential to normal load,material characteristic parameter and radius of curvature,and decreases with the increase of fractal roughness parameter and friction coefficient.The tangential contact damping formed by the internal contact of two cylinders is larger than that of the external contact.In addition,by comparing the built model with the case of only considering the friction,it is found that the asperity interaction will increase the tangential contact damping.This study provides a theoretical basis for the dynamic analysis of high-pair contact surfaces.
