摘 要:针对某电动汽车在光滑路面上120-140 km/h速度区间内匀速行驶时方向盘异常抖动问题,通过零部件、台架和整车试验定位出激励源为前驱动轴,确定了激励为驱动轴上AAR节转动所带来的离心力,进一步研究了驱动轴规格、大小以及前驱动轴布置角度对方向盘抖动的影响,并提出了改善方向盘抖动的方法。Regarding the issue of abnormal steering wheel jitter during steady-state driving at speed of 120‒140 km/h on an electric vehicle on a smooth road surface,the excitation source is lo⁃cated through component,bench,and vehicle testing to be the front drive axle.The excitation is de⁃termined to be the centrifugal force caused by the rotation of the AAR joint on the drive axle.Further research is conducted on the effect of drive axle specifications,size,and front drive axle layout angle on steering wheel jitter,and a method for improving steering wheel jitter is proposed.
