涤纶全拉伸丝袜带染色质量影响因素探讨

摘　　要：为提升涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY)袜带染色质量,提高染色不良丝检出率,在RS-III型喷射式染色机固定程序条件下,通过控制单一变量进行试验,试验结果表明,在使用分散深蓝ER-FS 200%染料、染色温度99℃、染料质量分数1.0%、染色浴比1∶40的条件下,涤纶FDY袜带染色不良丝检出率较高,更有利于判色。In order to improve the dyeing quality of polyester full-drawn yarn(FDY)garter and improve the detection rate of bad dyed yarn,the test was carried out under the fixed procedure of RS-III jet dyeing ma-chine by controlling a single variable.The results show that under the conditions of using disperse dark blue ER-FS 200%dye,dyeing temperature of 99℃,dye mass fraction of 1.0%,dyeing bath ratio of 1∶40,the detection rate of bad dyed yarn of polyester FDY garter is higher,which is more conducive to color judg-ment.
