摘 要:基于HMLS涤纶工业丝纺丝工艺分析及常规相关成熟生产设备开发基础,为了提升国产纺丝装备的技术水平,开发了国产化一步法全牵伸HMLS涤纶工业丝高速纺纺丝联合机,该纺丝联合机的生产速度可达5 200~7 500 m/min。HMLS涤纶工业丝纺丝过程对设备稳定性、工艺操作性要求高,全纺程设备调节控制点较多。对全纺程设备特点及关键参数进行了分析探究,为市场提供了高附加值、低成本的工业丝生产新技术。Based on the analysisofspinning process of HMLS polyester industrial filament and the develop⁃ment of mature production equipment,in order to improve the technical level of domestic spinning equip⁃ment,the high-speed spinning combined machinery of domestic one-step process full drawing spinning pro⁃cess of HMLS polyester industrial filament was developed,the production speed of the spinning combined machinery can reach 5200~7500 m/min.The spinning process of HMLS polyester industrial filament has high requirements for equipment stability and operation,and the whole spinning processcontainsplenty con⁃trol points.The characteristics and key parameters of full spinning process equipment are analyzed and ex⁃plored,which provides a new technology of high added value and low cost industrial filament production for the market.
