摘 要:针对基于动力学特性的旋转导向钻具安全性能研究较少。为此,综合考虑钻具结构、钻井参数、钻柱与井壁接触等参数,基于Lagrange方程建立了全井钻柱系统动力学模型,采用有限单元法对模型离散,并采用Newmark-β求解,根据旋转导向钻具结构和钻具属性,研究了扶正器安装位置、柔性节尺寸、钻压影响因素下的旋转导向钻具组合动力学特性和安全性能。研究结果显示:安装扶正器能显著降低旋转导向钻具组合的横向振动;柔性节的长度对旋转导向钻具组合的安全性能影响很大,合理的长度能显著降低横向振动,反之则会起到相反的效果;增加钻压会增加底部钻具组合的横向位移,工程上不建议在使用旋转导向工具时采用高钻压提高钻井速度。研究结论可为旋转导向工具研究和应用提供理论支撑。There is less research on the safety performance of rotary steering drilling tool based on dynamic characteristics.Considering the structure of drill string,drilling parameters,and the contact between drill string and borehole wall and other parameters comprehensively,a dynamic model of the whole well drill string system was built based on the Lagrange equation.Then,the model was discretized using the finite element method and solved using Newmark-β.Finally,based on the structure and properties of the rotary steering drilling tool,the dynamic characteristics and safety performance of the rotary steering bottomhole assembly under the influential factors such as installation position of stabilizer,flexible joint size and WOB were studied.The study results show that installing a centralizer can significantly reduce the lateral vibration of the rotary steering bottomhole assembly.The length of the flexible joint has a significant impact on the safety performance of the rotary steering bottomhole assembly.A reasonable length can significantly reduce lateral vibration;otherwise,it will have an opposite effect.Increasing WOB would increase the lateral displacement of the bottomhole assembly,so it is not recommended in engineering to use high WOB to increase drilling speed when using rotary steering tools.The study conclusions provide theoretical support for the research and application of rotary steering tools.
