摘 要:改革开放以来,思想政治教育话语经历了3次嬗变:从革命斗争话语到和平建设话语的嬗变,从灌输式话语向引导式话语的嬗变,从“主体—客体”话语模式向“主体—主体”话语模式的嬗变。遭遇了3大挑战:融媒体时代负面影响的挑战,西方话语霸权意识形态渗透的挑战,国际传播力不足所致的挑战。为此,新时代思想政治教育话语要让受众愿意听、听得进、见行动,就应做好5方面工作:积极建构“主体—主体”话语传播模式,积极建构时代特征鲜明的话语内容体系,积极建构受众喜闻乐见的话语表达体系,积极建构话语所需的信息收集体系,积极完善中国话语的国际传播体系。Since the reform and opening up,the discourse on ideological and political education has undergone three transformations.It has shifted from revolutionary struggle discourse to peace construction discourse,from indoctrination discourse to guidance discourse,and from the mode of“subject-object”discourse to the mode of“subject-subject”discourse.However,it has also faced three major challenges:negative impacts in the era of integrated media,ideological infiltration by Western discourse hegemony,and insufficient international communication capacity.Therefore,in order for ideological and political education discourse in the new era to make the audience willing to listen,listen in,and take action,five aspects should be focused on.These include actively constructing a“subject-subject”discourse communication model,constructing a discourse content system with distinctive characteristics of the times,building a discourse expression system that is popular among the audience,creating an information collection system that meets the requirements of the discourse,and improving the international communication system of Chinese discourse.
