摘 要:结合当前智能选煤厂的建设趋势,介绍了数字化工程设计内容及意义;数字化工程设计是建设智能选煤厂的重要基础技术,可以提升设计质量,增强企业竞争力;分析了在推广过程中可能存在数据难以收集使用、数据孤岛、缺少设计软件及对应标准、设计模式难以转变等问题;并从数据收集及利用、软件开发、管理措施等方面提出了推广数字化工程设计可采取的措施。Considering the trends in the construction of intelligent coal preparation plants,this paper provides an introduction to the content and significance of digital engineering design.Digital engineering design serves as a crucial technological foundation for building intelligent coal preparation plants,contributing to improved design quality and enhanced competitiveness for enterprises.The paper also analyzes potential challenges in the promotion process,such as difficulties in collecting and utilizing data,data silos,lack of design software,absence of corresponding standards,and challenges in transitioning design patterns.Additionally,the paper proposes measures that can be taken to promote digital engineering design,focusing on aspects like data collection and utilization,software development,and management measures.
