摘 要:介绍了常村煤矿选煤厂原维达克跳汰机的技术特点,其经过20多年的运行,已经老化磨损严重、故障率高,严重缩短跳汰洗选系统的检修周期,且该设备自动化程度低,国外技术支持滞后,给安全生产和产品质量控制带来了极大的不确定性。选煤厂采用SKT跳汰机替代维达克跳汰机后,跳汰洗选系统维护量明显降低,精煤回收率和自动化水平显著提高,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。This article introduces the technical characteristics of the original Vidak jigging machine at the Changcun Coal Mine Coal Preparation Plant.After more than 20 years of operation,it has been severely aged and worn,with a high failure rate,which seriously shortens the maintenance cycle of the jigging and washing system.Moreover,the equipment has a low degree of automation and lagging foreign technical support,which brings great uncertainty to safety production and product quality control.The coal preparation plant has adopted SKT jigs instead of Vidak jigs for renovation,resulting in a significant reduction in maintenance of the jigging and washing system.The clean coal recovery rate and automation level have been significantly improved,and good economic and social benefits have been achieved.
