摘  要:为研究不同钙制剂在骏枣不同生长发育时期施用后,对骏枣裂果、果皮、果肉中矿质元素和表皮结构的影响,以骏枣为供试材料,选用EDTA-Ca溶液、氯化钙(CaCl_(2))溶液对骏枣进行喷施处理。研究结果表明1)喷钙处理可有效降低骏枣裂果率,且喷EDTA-Ca溶液效果优于喷CaCl_(2)溶液;2)喷钙处理可明显提高骏枣果实中Ca、K、P、Fe、Zn、B等矿质元素含量,在骏枣白熟期喷EDTA-Ca溶液对枣果实中矿质元素含量提升效果最佳;3)喷钙后表皮层、角质层、蜡质层厚度均增加,其中,喷EDTA-Ca溶液更有利于表皮层厚度的增加,喷CaCl_(2)溶液更有利于角质层厚度的增加,相比之下,喷施EDTA-Ca溶液防裂效果更好。综上所述,喷施外源钙可降低骏枣裂果率,增加枣果实中矿质元素含量。To study the effects of different calcium preparations on fruit cracking epidermal structure and the mineral elements in the peel,and pulp of fruit EDTA-Ca solution and calcium chloride(CaCl_(2))solution were sprayed on Junzao at different stages of growth and development.The results showed that 1)Calcium spraying treatment could effectively reduce the fruit cracking rate,and the effect of spraying EDTA-Ca solution was better than spraying CaCl_(2)solution.2)Calcium spraying treatment could significantly increase the content of mineral elements such as Ca,K,P,Fe,Zn and B in Jujube fruits,In addition,the treatment effect of spraying EDTA-Ca solution at the white ripening stage was the best.3)The thickness of the epidermis,stratum corneum,and wax layer increased after calcium spraying,among which,spraying EDTA-Ca solution was more conducive to the increase of epidermal thickness,spraying CaCl_(2) solution was more conducive to increasing the thickness of stratum corneum,compared with spraying EDTA-Ca solution had better anti-cracking effect.In summary,spraying exogenous calcium can reduce the fruit cracking rate and increase the content of mineral elements in the fruit.
