摘 要:为解决实际钢结构工程对低表面处理和长效防腐的需求与当前低表面处理涂料防腐效果差、高防腐性涂料带锈涂装不适用间的矛盾,研究了低表面处理涂料与常规富锌底漆进行配套的底漆体系,并设计了系列实验以探究该底漆体系在带锈钢板上的综合性能。结果表明,低表面处理涂料与常规富锌底漆能够起到正向协同作用,其配套体系兼顾了带锈施工及高防腐性能,施工便捷,防腐效果好,综合效果优异,可为实际钢结构低表面处理防腐工程提供良好方案。In order to solve the contradiction between the demand for low surface treatment and long-term corrosion protection in actual steel structure engineering and the poor anti-corrosion effect of low surface treatment coating and the inapplicability of high anti-corrosion coating with rust,the low surface treatment coating and conventional zinc-rich primer were studied as a primer system,and a series of experiments were designed to explore the comprehensive performance of the primer system on rusty steel plates.The results show that the low surface treatment coating and conventional zinc-rich primer can play a positive synergistic role.Its supporting system can balance the rust-converting construction and high anti-corrosion performance,in addition,it is characterized by convenient construction,good anti-corrosion effect and excellent comprehensive effect,which can provide a good scheme for the actual anti-corrosion project of low surface treatment of steel structures.
