摘 要:分析西南地区某铜矿地下开采过程中采场的稳定性以及对上部覆岩深度的影响,对上向水平进路式充填采矿法分段分层依次开挖进行了稳定性的模拟分析,分析论证矿柱参数、覆岩深度、开采方案对其影响。针对山坡地形下倾斜矿体,建立山坡矿体相交和平行的模型,通过数值模型研究不同开采方法、矿柱参数下的围岩状态。研究结论表明矿山压力随着开采上覆围岩厚度、矿体厚度的增加而显现。矿区东部厚、中厚矿体回采宜在中深部矿体采用8 m矿柱、浅部矿体采用6 m矿柱;矿区中部薄矿体和矿区西部薄矿体回采合理矿柱尺寸为4 m。通过采矿方法对比分析,空场法存在较大安全隐患;厚矿体采用上向水平充填法相对于宽进路上向水平充填法安全稳定性大幅降低。The stability of the stope during underground mining of a copper mine in the southwestern region and the impact on the depth of the overlying rocks were analyzed.A simulation analysis of the stability was conducted for the stage-wise and layer-wise excavation in the upward horizontal access filling mining method.The analysis demonstrated the influence of mining pillar parameters,overburden depth,and mining scheme.To enhance the understanding of inclined ore bodies situated in mountain slope terrains,models that intersect and run parallel to the slope’s ore body configuration were developed.By employing these numerical models,an in-depth analysis was conducted of the rock mass conditions associated with various mining techniques and pillar designs.The conclusions indicate that mining pressure becomes apparent with the increase in mining thickness of the overlying rock and ore body.In the eastern part of the mine,where the ore bodies are thick to moderately thick,an 8 m mining pillar is suitable for medium-deep ore bodies,and a 6 m pillar for shallow ore bodies.For the thin ore bodies in the central and western parts of the mine area,a reasonable mining pillar size is 4 m.A comparative analysis of mining methods has shown that the open stope method poses substantial safety hazards.When mining a thick ore body,the upward horizontal fill method yields safety and stability that are appreciably less than those achieved by the wide access upward horizontal fill method.
