摘 要:在铝电解生产中,阳极组装块被誉为电解生产的心脏。阳极组装工序改变不了预焙阳极炭块内在的物理和化学性能,在大型铝电解槽的生产实践中,电流强度普遍较大,阳极组装块在电解槽使用中,即使各个点压降很小,累计下来对电耗的影响也比较大,因此铁碳压降的高低逐渐成为检验阳极组装块质量优劣的主要技术指标之一,对电解铝降低吨铝电耗、能源成本有着重要意义。本文重点对阳极上部节点压降中的铁碳压降进行分析验证。In aluminum electrolysis,the anode assembly block is known as the heart of electrolytic production.The anode assembly process cannot change the inherent physical and chemical properties of prebaked anode carbon blocks.In the production practice of large-scale aluminum electrolytic cells,the current intensity is generally high.Even if the voltage drop at each point is very small,the accumulated impact on power consumption of anode assembly blocks in the use of electrolytic cells is also relatively large.Therefore,the level of iron-carbon voltage drop has gradually become one of the main technical indicators to test the quality of anode assembly blocks,and it is of great significance for reducing the power consumption per ton of aluminum and energy cost of electrolytic aluminum.This paper analyzed and verified the iron-carbon voltage drop in the upper node voltage drop of anode.
