摘 要:盾构采用钢套筒接收过程中,对结构的安全性和施工工艺要求较高,接收过程中需要平衡其掌子面的泥水压力,当隧道埋深较大时,其结构的安全性受到较大的影响,本研究根据琶洲支线琶洲站~贝岗公园明挖段区间盾构到达接收钢套筒的具体形态,建立三维模型,分析了钢套筒接收盾构机过程中受到的泥水压力和结构静压影响,研究结果表明:由于该区段隧道埋深较大,受到梯度泥水压力、盾构机静压和自重影响,局部出现应力集中现象,钢套筒结构外侧环、纵向筋板和拼装结构需要进行加强,同时为了防止钢套筒产生较大位移,建议在结构上部及后盖位置增加支撑结构,约束其变形。In the process of receiving shield with steel sleeve,the structure safety and construction technology are required to be higher,and the mud and water pressure on the face of its palmface needs to be balanced during the receiving process.When the buried depth of tunnel is larger,the structural safety is greatly affected.In this study,a three-dimensional model is established according to the specific shape of the shield when it reaches the receiving steel sleeve in the open-cut section from Pazhou Station to Beigang Park on Pazhou Branch Line.The influence of mud pressure and structural static pressure on steel sleeve receiving shield machine is analyzed.The research results show that:Due to the large buried depth of the tunnel in this section,under the influence of gradient mud pressure,static pressure of shield machine and self-weight,local stress concentration occurs,and the outer ring,longitudinal reinforcement plate and assembled structure of the steel sleeve structure need to be strengthened.Meanwhile,in order to prevent large displacement of the steel sleeve,it is recommended to add support structure at the upper part of the structure and the back cover to restrain its deformation.
