摘  要:苏锡常城际铁路是长三角城际铁路网的重要组成,作为沪宁综合交通运输通道的重要补充,是促进苏锡常都市圈一体化融合发展的轨道交通,是串联和衔接苏锡常地区多条城际、市域和城市轨道交通的骨架线。本文在阐述苏锡常城际铁路功能定位、客流特征的基础上,结合上位规划要求、线站位特点、相关竞争交通方式时效性确定了苏锡常城际线的时间目标;进而从时间目标值适应性、工程经济技术、线路条件适应性、经济性、路网匹配性等方面对140km/h、160km/h、200km/h三个速度目标值方案进行了方案比选,最终推荐了可满足时间目标要求、站间距适应好、达速比高、投资合理的160km/h速度方案。The Suzhou Wuxi Changzhou intercity railway is an important component of the Yangtze River Delta intercity railway network.As an important supplement to the Shanghai Nanjing comprehensive transportation channel,it is a rail transit that promotes the integrated development of the Suzhou Wuxi Changzhou metropolitan area;It is a backbone line that connects and connects multiple intercity,regional,and urban rail transit lines in the Suzhou Wuxi Changzhou region.On the basis of elaborating on the functional positioning and passenger flow characteristics of the Suzhou Wuxi Changzhou intercity railway,this article determines the time target of the Suzhou Wuxi Changzhou intercity railway by combining the requirements of the upper level planning,the characteristics of the line station positions,and the timeliness of relevant competitive transportation modes;Furthermore,a scheme comparison was conducted on the three speed target values of 140km/h,160km/h,and 200km/h from the aspects of time target value adaptability,engineering economy and technology,line condition adaptability,economy,and road network matching.Finally,a 160km/h speed scheme was recommended that can meet the time target requirements,adapt well to station spacing,achieve high speed ratio,and invest economically.
