虞公港货运铁路专用线线路方案研究

摘　　要：虞公港货运铁路专用线位于湖南省岳阳市,作为虞公港区集疏运体系的关键配套工程,建成运营后将结束湘阴“手无寸铁”的历史,对于形成分工明确、错位发展、优势互补的湘江中下游港口体系具有重要作用;本文从线路平纵条件、征拆情况、对城市规划和土地利用的影响以及经济技术指标等多方面对北线局部方案以及三条主体走向方案,沿通港公路方案、中线取直方案、沿平益高速方案进行综合比选,最终推荐采用北线沿通港公路方案。The Yugonggang Freight Railway Special Line is located in Yueyang City,Hunan Province.As a key supporting project for the collection and distribution system of Yugonggang District,its completion and operation will end the history of"unarmed"Xiangyin,and play an important role in forming a clear division of labor,staggered development,and complementary advantages in the middle and lower reaches of the Xiangjiang River port system;This article conducts a comprehensive comparison and selection of local plans and three main plans for the northern route,including the horizontal and vertical conditions of the route,the situation of land acquisition and demolition,the impact on urban planning and land use,and economic and technical indicators.The northern route plan(along the port connecting highway plan),the central line straightening plan,and the southern route plan(along the level and high speed plan)are recommended.Finally,the northern route plan along the port connecting highway plan is recommended.
