摘  要:结合铁路行业检修特点,针对检修工具种类繁杂、数量多,工具管理效率低的问题,采用RFID射频技术为核心,结合人脸识别等技术,提出了基于RFID技术的智能工具管理室,实现工具借还自动记录与管理。本文从现场调研、技术原理、研制过程和现场实际运用情况等方面详细阐述了铁路智能工具管理室研究过程与实施效果,通过本智能工具管理室可以全面了解工具使用情况,提高了工具管理效率,杜绝了工具遗落在检修现场造成的安全隐患,保障了列车运行安全,实现了检修工具管理信息化,为企业全面信息化提供了技术支撑。Combining the characteristics of maintenance in the railway industry,facing the issues of various types of maintenance tools,numerous quantities,and low efficiency of tool management,this text adopts RFID radio frequency technology as the core,integrated with facial recognition and other technologies,to propose an RFID-based smart tool management room.This facilitates the automatic recording and management of tool borrowing and returning.This article elaborately discusses the railway smart tool management room's research process and implementation effects from aspects such as on-site surveys,technological principles,development process,and practical on-site applications.Through this smart tool management room,a comprehensive understanding of tool usage is achieved,tool management efficiency is improved,the safety hazard caused by tools left behind at maintenance sites is eliminated,train operation safety is ensured,the informatization of maintenance tool management is realized,providing technical support for the comprehensive informatization of enterprises.
