摘 要:针对水蓄冷空调系统的特点、工程设计及运行过程中存在的一些难点和关键技术,结合某药厂蓄冷改造实际工程项目,根据现场诊断和分析结果,提出了设备节能改造、输配系统及末端设备自控改造、布水系统及布水器优化的具体措施,并重点讨论了行业设计中缺乏的小高径比蓄冷池布水斜温层控制及洁净末端大温差温湿度独立控制技术。结果表明,改造后系统能效大幅提高,供冷年运行费用较不改造前节省141.03万元,达到了节费和节能的双收益。In view of the characteristics of the water cool storage air conditioning system and some difficulties and key technologies existing in the engineering design and operation process,combined with an actual engineering project of cool storage transformation system in a pharmaceutical factory,according to the on-site diagnosis and analysis results,the specific measures for the energy saving transformation of equipment,the automatic control transformation of transmission and distribution system and terminal equipment,and the optimization of water distribution system and water distributor are proposed in this paper.The lack of technologies of small height-to-diameter ratio reservoir distribution temperature layer control and large temperature difference temperature and humidity independent control at the clean end is mainly discussed.The results show that the energy efficiency of the system is greatly improved after the transformation,and the annual operating cost of cooling is reduced by 1.4103 million yuan compared with that before the transformation,which achieves the double benefits of cost saving and energy saving.
